When it comes to education and training, Amazing Women in Automotive, AWiA, seeks to support you in everything from business management, your work-life balance, and female automotive mentorship programs through mentorships and weekly round tables, a safe space for women in the industry to gather together and discuss what is happening in our shops and work-life balance.
Do you find yourself lost with how to balance your work and home life? Are you challenged by co-workers not respecting you in the workplace? Or are you in need of learning new tools to help streamline the process? At Amazing Women in Automotive, we offer a weekly round table that is a safe sounding board for any issue you may encounter in the workplace and get feedback from other shop owners who want to support and encourage you on your journey within the automotive industry.
At Amazing Women in Automotive, our mission is to support women, recruit women into the automotive workforce, and join forces with schools and government agencies to help place women in the automotive industry.
