As a woman in the automotive industry, you may face isolation in the workplace. We all know how important representation is: Learning from someone like you, who faces the issues you face and can shine a light on your path and help support you on your way. Amazing Women in Automotive, AWiA, aims to partner with women already in the industry -- to create automotive mentorships and alliances that will nourish, inspire, and illuminate. AWiA's goal is to lead weekly Round Tables for real talk about what this industry is like for women, the challenges we face, and what we can do about it. 

As a minority in the automotive industry, there are times when women need additional support and resources to help facilitate smooth transitions and integration into a new process or system. AWiA provides a safe, supportive place for us to gather, talk, learn and work together for the greater good of the automotive industry. There is no greater way to encourage each other than to show up, be present, and know that we are not alone. Amazing Women in Automotive is the place for you to connect, build relationships and learn from women who are experiencing similar challenges as you face.

At Amazing Women in Automotive, our mission is to support women, recruit women into the automotive workforce, and join forces with schools and government agencies to help place women in the automotive industry.
